What is Psychovision 5? Mauricio Garcia posts surface online in wake of Bellingcat findings

The social media activity of the Allen, Texas shopping mall shooter, Mauricio Garcia has surfaced online. The person behind the eight-people massacre appears to have posted pro-Nazi content online.
